Refund Policy

 

At Euro Auto Parts, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality new and used European auto body parts and exceptional service.  We understand that sometimes parts may not be exactly what you need. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

General Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be granted for parts purchased directly from Euro Auto Parts
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Parts must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged, and in the same condition as they were sold.
  • Any parts that have been installed, modified, or painted are not eligible for a refund.
  • Labor costs associated with the installation of the part are not refundable.

Specific Situations:

  • Incorrect Part: If you receive a part that is incorrect compared to what you ordered, we will gladly issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, upon verification of the error.
  • Defective Part: If a part is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, we will offer a full refund or a replacement part (subject to availability) at your discretion. We may require photographic evidence of the defect.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a part purchase, you may return it for a refund, minus a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. This fee covers the cost of processing the return. You can also opt for store credit minus shipping costs. Buyer pays return shipping.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact Euro Auto Parts customer service by phone at (586) – 344 – 7473 or email at support@euroautoparts786.com.
  • A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the part.
  • You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned part.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.  The most current version of the policy will be available on our website.
